Republic Finance in Conroe, TX is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, then move into your own branch and manage loans, sales and customer service.

The role focuses on originating new loan business, educating customers on lending options, and supporting the Branch Manager with recruiting, training and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background checks and pre-employment drug screen.
• Relocation for promotion to Branch Manager; full relocation package provided.

Responsabilités

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on lending options and how to improve credit.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales plans.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis.
• Make credit decisions and administer loan closings.
• Process insurance claims and promote core values.
• Support promotion to Branch Manager; relocation package provided.
