Republic Finance, LLC in Conroe, Texas is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to grow with a expanding financial services company. You will learn branch operations, support the Branch Manager, and develop leadership skills through on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.

You’ll originate loan business, educate customers on lending options, manage daily tasks, and help meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service in a 100% onsite environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required. Ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services and credit improvement.
• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning.
• Support achievement of sales goals while delivering excellent customer experience.
