Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Baton Rouge, LA for a clear path to management. The role includes an 18-24 month on-the-job paid training program to learn branch operations and management, with relocation support when promoted to Branch Manager.

You will focus on helping customers meet financial goals, originate new loan business, educate on lending services, and assist with loan closings while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proactive, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• You will help originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Evaluate loan applications and perform risk analysis to support credit decisions.
• Support branch management with recruiting, training, and sales planning.
