Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Bindery Assistant to join our print manufacturing team. You’ll be trained on high-speed bindery equipment and will contribute to producing books, catalogs, and other print materials.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with overtime opportunities. We value reliability, teamwork, and quality, and we invest in your development as you learn on the job.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry is acceptable.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Pride in producing quality work and meeting daily goals.
• Reliable team member who works well with others.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with the team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
