Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to operate high-speed bindery equipment and join a hands-on, training-focused team. The role runs Monday–Friday with the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift and is full-time, with overtime opportunities.

No prior bindery experience is required—we’ll train you. You should be comfortable with machinery, be mechanically inclined, read basic instructions, and be a reliable team player committed to quality work.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes)
• Pride in delivering quality work
• Reliable and good team player

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly with adjustments and quality checks
• Work with team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products for quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
