Faith Technologies in El Paso, TX, invites you to join our Talent Acquisition team as a coordinator who provides support to recruiters and internal customers.

You will post positions, screen candidates, schedule interviews, administer assessments, and help track candidates in our ATS, while ensuring excellent service and alignment with our culture of care. This role requires 3–6 months HR admin experience, an associate or bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or Education preferred
• 3–6 months of administrative experience in Human Resources or High School Diploma or GED
• Travel up to 25%
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; flexible scheduling required

Responsibilities

• Supports Recruiting projects and initiatives in multiple areas.
• Provides customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants and current employees).
• Supports the recruitment process (posts open positions to external recruitment sites, schedules phone screens, schedules onsite interviews as needed, administers candidate assessments, schedules and updates Applicant Tracking System).
• Supports other Talent Acquisition Partners in high school and college recruitment as needed.
• Supports the processing and tracking of ACE program candidates
• Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence.
• Demonstrates an acceptance of the company culture (adhere to the company's core values) and an adoption of professional standards.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
