Job summary

Tangent Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the talent acquisition function by keeping the recruiting process organized and on-brand. You will track requisitions, refine job postings, prepare reports, and serve as a primary candidate contact throughout hiring.

Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, you’ll collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, coordinate interview schedules, maintain ATS data, and assist with offers and onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and a professional candidate-focused tone.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially for reporting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows.
• Ability to handle sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment.

Responsibilities

• Own tracking of incoming requisitions from intake through posting and approval.
• Review and refine job postings for clarity and brand alignment.
• Compile and distribute weekly recruiting reports and metrics.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates and scheduling updates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS.
• Assist with offer paperwork and onboarding handoff when a candidate is selected.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows.
