Job summary

Toot'n Totum is seeking an entry-level Benefits Assistant in Amarillo, TX to support benefits and leave administration across locations. You will work alongside the Benefits Manager to handle enrollments, inquiries, and regulatory compliance, while building trusted relationships with team members.

You will guide new hires on benefit options, track documentation, and help maintain accurate records in the HRIS system.

Qualifications

• Entry level HR role supporting benefits and leave administration.
• Familiarity with insurance and leave processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support on medical benefits and leave inquiries.
