Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support related to Workers' Compensation and On-the-Job Injury (OJI) claims.
• Coordinate treatment plans and facilitate injured worker return-to-work with HR, clinics and leadership.
• Support the Risk Manager in responding to team member inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COI) for vendor partners and monitor renewal deadlines.
• Collaborate with third-party carriers, brokers, and adjusters to assist in claims management.
