Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help clients develop essential skills and improve overall quality of life.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA services in home settings, collect progress data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• At least 6 months experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB.
