Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home settings. You will deliver 1:1 direct ABA therapy and help clients build essential skills to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB
