Job summary

Tellos in the United States is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, delivering 1:1 therapy in client homes and contributing to meaningful improvements in quality of life.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with speech and occupational therapists, ongoing training, and strict confidentiality; a background check and validation of RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or required.
• Minimum 6 months experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in home settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB guidelines.
