Job summary

Behavior-Treatment- in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to support ABA therapy for children, with afternoon/evening hours and optional Saturdays.

You will work one-on-one, follow treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a clinical team to help children develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance in your name, and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching and working on the floor.
• Able to stay active and engaged with young children.
• Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 3–16 using ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to help children reach goals.

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses

• Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
• Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate

What You'll Be Doing

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals
