Job summary

Behavior-Treatment- is hiring a Child Autism Therapist - Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans and help children develop skills in home and center settings in Antioch, CA.

This part-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, optional Saturdays, paid training, RBT certification support, mileage reimbursement, and guaranteed 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable with active, floor-based work with children.

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses

• Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate

What You'll Be Doing

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 years using play-based ABA therapy
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
  
• Valid driver's license, car insurance under your name and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor throughout the day
• Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
