Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a Child Autism Therapist - Behavior Technician in Antioch, CA for part-time in-home and in-center ABA therapy with weekday evenings. Start date is immediate with guaranteed hours.

You will work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16, follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with car insurance in your name and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor.
• Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach goals.

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses

• Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
• Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
