Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis seeks a Child Autism Therapist - Behavior Technician for in-home and center-based ABA therapy in Antioch, CA. Schedule is Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–8:00 PM with optional Saturdays, and guaranteed 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include one-on-one work with children aged 3–16, following individualized treatment plans, and collecting session data. Requires 18+ years old, high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name; reliable vehicle.

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses

• Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
• Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
  
• Valid driver's license, car insurance under your name and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor throughout the day
• Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
