Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is hiring a Part-Time Behavior Technician to work with children aged 3–16 in Richmond, CA, in both in-home and in-center settings. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with optional Saturdays based on client needs.

Start date is immediate, and paid training plus RBT support are offered. The role emphasizes data collection, following treatment plans, and creating a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable with active, on-the-floor activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals.

• Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
