Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis Inc. in Richmond, CA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 3–16 using play-based ABA therapy.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with optional Saturday sessions based on client needs; settings include in-home and in-center environments. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children develop essential skills through play and hands-on activities, while collaborating with a supportive

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance under your name and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor throughout the day.
• Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals.

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses

• Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
