Behavior Treatment & Analysis Inc. is hiring a Child Autism Therapist - Behavior Technician in Antioch, CA. This part-time role features a schedule of Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with optional Saturdays, serving both in-home clients and in-center sessions.

Start date is immediate, with guaranteed 15–20 hours per week and mileage reimbursement. The role involves one-on-one play-based ABA therapy for ages 3–16, following individualized treatment plans and data collection, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license with car insurance in your name and a reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and working on the floor throughout the day.
• Able to stay active and engaged while working with young children.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals.

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses

• Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate
• Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate

What You'll Be Doing
