• Following up with inbound leads and developing those opportunities.
• Building relationships with prospects and maintaining consistent follow up.
• Supporting outreach before and after industry conferences and trade shows.
• Attending industry conferences to network and build relationships.
• Keeping prospect information and activities organized in ActiveCampaign.
• Working closely with sales and marketing to develop new opportunities.
• Learning the background screening industry, our products, and employer needs.
