Job summary

Kelar Pacific, LLC is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative to learn and grow in the construction technology and consulting services industry. The role emphasizes training, a proactive outbound approach, and career advancement within a fast-paced environment located at our San Diego office.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Positive, goal-oriented, business-driven attitude with desire to grow.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy prospecting and outbound activities.
• Excellent verbal and written sales communication skills.
• Degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Software is a plus.
• Experience in the AEC industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform 120–150 daily outbound activities (calls, emails, social) targeting construction clients to meet monthly quota.
• Collaborate with project team to run at least 4 outbound campaigns per month to generate leads.
• Research target accounts and identify key contacts per ICP for outreach.
• Use CRM to manage leads and schedule discovery calls with Project Managers.
• Provide background information before scheduled discovery calls to PMs.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and pipeline vs. target.
