Qualifications

• Competitive, persistent, coachable, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
• Motivated to build a long-term career in sales, business development, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research high-growth companies across AI, robotics, HPC, energy, and defense technology.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
• Connect with founders, executives, and engineering leaders to uncover hiring needs.
• Build relationships, qualify prospects, and manage opportunities in PACE's CRM.
• Partner with recruiting teams to turn new business opportunities into active searches.
• Develop expertise in emerging technologies and technical markets.
