Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a Pittsburgh-area manufacturer in finding a B2B Sales Specialist (entry-level to early career). This role offers direct mentorship from an experienced Sales Manager, onboarding over 3–6 months, and the chance to inherit established accounts while building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with strong academic performance (3.3+ GPA preferred).
• Internship experience in sales, marketing, business, customer service, or related fields.
• Leadership experience through athletics, student organizations, projects, or campus involvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support account management activities and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and customer support teams.
• Learn technical products and manufacturing processes.
• Eventually take ownership of key customer accounts and contribute to growth initiatives.
