Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s flagship brand, is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our outside B2B sales training program. You will spend 80% of your time in front of client decision makers to build partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and secure win–win engagements with our clients.

We use a solution-based selling approach with a formal playbook and executive-level interactions. We provide multi-stage training, ongoing education, and leadership-led development.

Responsibilities

• Enter a comprehensive outside B2B Sales Training Program.
• Spend 80% of time in front of client decision makers to build partnerships and pipelines.
• Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and successful projects.
• Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for their project roadmaps.
• Meet and exceed target sales goals and set personal/team goals.
