ADP, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services to cover a defined geographic territory with 1–49 employee clients. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients.

You will build relationships, set appointments, and leverage ADP’s training and tools to drive growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• College degree is optional but helpful.
• 1–2 years in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or related fields.
• Military experience is valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and hit goals within assigned geography.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeting decision-makers.
• Develop additional business within existing accounts and cross-sell solutions.
