Summit is seeking an entry-level Direct Sales Associate in Alabama to build relationships with small and medium businesses and drive in-person sales. You will engage with decision-makers, present supplemental benefits, and schedule follow-ups for ongoing commitment.

Training will prepare you to work autonomously within your sales territory and contribute to team goals. Responsibilities include daily client calls, CRM data entry, and participation in networking events.

Qualifications

• Background in retail or transitioning from the military.
• Entry-level Direct Sales role.
• Ability to operate in a sales territory and engage with clients.
• Schedule follow-ups to ensure client commitment and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory.
• Build strong professional relationships and establish trust with customers.
• Connect with key decision makers and schedule appointments to present our supplemental benefits programs.
• Report daily sales stats at the end of each day.
• Submit your work schedule and goals to team leader weekly.
• Attend business networking events to generate leads and referrals.
• Re-service existing client accounts periodically and systematically.
• Enter business client information weekly into CRM.
