Waveguide LLC is seeking a Junior Technician in Atlanta, GA to manage AV support for conferences and events. You will collaborate with staff across departments to address AV requests and serve as the on-site AV coordinator.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of AV experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with MS Office, Adobe, and video conferencing tools. On-site role with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Superior communication and problem-solving skills.
• 2–3 years of AV experience preferred.
• Desktop support experience and familiarity with MS Office and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate AV support resources for events.
• Serve as onsite AV point person and coordinator for events.
• Provide professional, courteous technical support to clients.
• Perform AV setup and teardown for events and calibrations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure rooms are ready for use.
