Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT, AV, and broadcasting systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Familiar with Crestron/AMX control systems and Polycom VTC platforms.
• Willingness to travel and report to Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Install AV equipment as requested.
• Set up and configure audio and visual gear for meetings, presentations, and events.
• Operate microphones, projectors, and video conferencing systems.
• Ensure equipment functions properly before and during events.
• Monitor audio and video feeds to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain an inventory of AV equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
