Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks a Training Specialist to facilitate customer conversions to our software. The role requires extensive travel (about 80%) to install and train dealership personnel, tailoring the system to meet each dealership’s needs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

When not traveling, you will support existing customers from your home office, prepare for upcoming trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation as well as a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealer sites approximately 80% of the time to install and convert software and train personnel.
• Meet with dealership management to understand needs and customize the Reynolds and Reynolds system accordingly.
• Provide training and support to customers during and after conversion, including follow-ups from home office when not on the road.
• Support current customers and prepare for future trips, ensuring smooth use of the software solution.
