Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. invites applicants for an entry-level Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will work with a team to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems such as brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.

Training is provided, with pay incentives and benefits from day one. Responsibilities include oil changes, tire maintenance, part installations, and road-testing serviced vehicles.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install and maintain tires; replace batteries and shocks; test drive vehicles.
