Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician for our Firestone Complete Auto Care operations. You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform scheduled maintenance while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver's license required at all times to drive vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install tires, batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to ensure proper operation.
