Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will join a supportive team servicing vehicles and learning in a dynamic environment.

Typical duties include diagnosing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, battery installs, and road testing. Bridgestone offers day-one benefits for full- and part-time teammates, plus discounts on tool programs.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks and problem solving required.
• Ability to learn new repair procedures and safety practices.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance and related tasks.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and service.
