Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will join a strong team servicing vehicles, with full- and part-time benefits starting on day one.

You’ll learn to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles as part of daily duties. The role offers competitive pay and opportunities to pursue ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.

Skills

Basic mechanical tasks
