Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will be part of a supportive crew servicing vehicles, learning diagnostics, and performing routine maintenance. Both full-time and part-time opportunities include benefits from day one.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire maintenance, and basic electrical checks while road testing vehicles as needed. A valid driver’s license is required to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
Change oil and/ or perform scheduled maintenance services.
Install and perform tire maintenance.
Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
Road test vehicles.
