Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on vehicles, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.

The role offers full and part-time benefits from day one and opportunities to earn through ASE certifications, with a pay range that reflects entry-level automotive service work.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
