Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join its Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Nashville, TN. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and support tire-related services as part of a collaborative team.

Full and part-time roles include benefits from day one. Pay range is $11.88–$17.82 per hour, with opportunities for on-the-job training and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
