Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), based in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role supports a fantastic team servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits available from day one, including tool program discounts.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems—brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical—perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road-test vehicles.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
