Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), based in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced service team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and road test vehicles, with benefits starting on day one.

The role emphasizes learning, safety, and customer service while offering a path to ASE certifications and ongoing training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
Install and perform tire maintenance.
Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
Road test vehicles.
