Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care in Nashville, TN. You will diagnose and repair basic vehicle systems, perform oil changes, tire service, and component installations, then road test the vehicles.

The role provides full and part-time benefits from day one, tool program discounts, and a pay range of $12.54–$18.81 per hour. Join a team that values safety, learning, and steady training opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
