Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role offers full and part-time options with benefits from day one.

Pay ranges from $13.86 to $20.79 per hour, with fair compensation aligned to minimum wage standards. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, the position involves diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and road testing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries and shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
