Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Nashville, TN. This entry-level position supports a busy service team, with full and part-time benefits available from day one.

You will learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform scheduled maintenance, and support tire services. The role includes on-the-job training and opportunities for ASE certifications, with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
