Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a team servicing vehicles at Firestone Complete Auto Care. The role offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including training and ASE certifications.

Typical tasks include diagnosing basic automotive issues and performing maintenance, tire care, and road testing. Pay range starts at $12.54 to $18.81 per hour with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks and safety procedures.
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles for proper operation.
