Job summary

Bridgestone Americas’ Firestone Complete Auto Care in Mount Pleasant, SC is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician. You will join a collaborative team and gain hands-on experience servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits from day one.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, routine maintenance, tire services, and road-testing. We offer on-the-job training, ASE certification support, and a supportive work environment with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.

Skills

Learn basic mechanical tasks
