Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Ohio is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems and perform routine maintenance as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No degree required; on-the-job training provided.
• Valid automobile driver’s license required.
• Reading, writing and math skills needed for basic automotive service work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services.
• Install tires, batteries, shock absorbers and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and safety.
