Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Pelham, Alabama, is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry‑level role supports a skilled team servicing vehicles, learning diagnostic and repair tasks, tire maintenance, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks and safety procedures.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install tires, batteries, shock absorbers, and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
