You will coordinate with Parts and Service staff, document work, and stay informed on factory bulletins while delivering an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for cars and service.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Staying current with factory technical bulletins and attending training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
