Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on repair orders, ensuring quality and safety in line with dealer and factory standards. You will help build Customer loyalty by delivering reliable, transparent service and clear communication with customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid in-state driver's license, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Express/quick lube experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work per repair order to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
