Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will learn to diagnose and repair brakes, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems while performing routine maintenance and tire services.

This role offers full and part-time options with day-one benefits, ASE certifications, and a focus on safety and customer care. You will grow through hands-on training and mentorship in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks and safety procedures to service vehicles.
• Ability to read, write, and perform math tasks relevant to maintenance work.
• Experience in automotive service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn diagnostic and repair work for brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and maintain tires, batteries, and shocks; inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
