Avis Budget Group in East Boston, MA is hiring an entry-level Automotive Technician to perform preventive maintenance and light repairs on a fleet of newer vehicles. You will handle oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, and other routine tasks in a safety-focused shop environment.

With 6 months of auto maintenance experience or automotive technical school coursework, you’ll have the chance to pursue ASE certifications within the first year while earning hands-on skills and our entry-level

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of auto maintenance experience or automotive technical school coursework.
• Ability to obtain at least one ASE certification within the first year.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and light repair on a fleet of newer vehicles, including oil and fluid services.
• Handle tire changes/rotations and basic repairs in a safe, quality-focused manner.
• Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and maintenance to keep vehicles available.
