Job summary

Team Car Care is seeking a General Service Technician to service guests' vehicles and deliver an exceptional guest experience on site. You will participate in our training program to gain certification across offered services, supporting a path from entry level to higher skill sets.

You will join a team that values safety, teamwork, and high standards. Candidates should be able to work weekends and flexibly, with a focus on customer service and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure top-quality work and guest experience.
• Receive certification and training through our program to grow in the role.
• Maintain a clean, presentable service center and follow safety procedures.
• Provide guidance to junior and mid-level technicians and communicate clearly with the team.
